Terms of Use

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE CONNECTU PROGRAM(CUP) ASSESSMENT SOFTWARE (CUSA) AND THE SMART GOALS PROGRAM (CU-SMART) TOOL SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS (THE “SOFTWARE”).

Effective as of February 2020.

The use of the Software is subject to the terms of the Licence Agreement.  Click here to access end user Licence Agreement for review;

PRICES

Advertised Prices of the Software may be changed without advance notice.  Prices are net of any applicable federal and/or provincial taxes unless specifically quoted or otherwise referenced in writing.

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars, unless specifically quoted in writing;

PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices for the Software are rendered on an annual basis with a payment due date corresponding to the first day of the subscription period.

The Software has a twelve (12) month subscription period, after which time you, the Customer, will receive an automatic renewal invoice.  Your invoice will be sent to you six (6) weeks prior to the renewal date.  If you do not wish to renew at that time, you must return the invoice and request cancellation, at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

The ConnectU Program (10027847 Canada Inc.) reserves and where deemed necessary, will exercise the right to subject overdue accounts to a 1.5% interest charge per month (18% per annum);

ConnectU, ConnectU Program, CUSA and CU-SMART are trademarks of 10027847 Canada Inc.;

CANCELLATIONS

Subscription orders (new or renewals) are non-refundable. While cancellation by the Customer is allowed, no credit or refund will be issued, regardless of the date of cancellation.

For automatic renewals, renewal invoices will be issued six (6) weeks in advance of the start date of the next subscription period (renewal date) and cancellation requests must be received thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.  Otherwise, payment is due on the renewal date.

If payment has not been made, the account will be placed on suspend at Sixty (60) days from the renewal date and the Customer will receive no further access to the Software.  The amounts owing will be pursued.

REFERENCE, PRESS RELEASE, LOGO, CASE STUDIES.

Subject to prior approval of Customer, Customer agrees to be a reference, referenced in press releases, or case studies prepared by ConnectU.  In connection with such activity, ConnectU may also use and display Customer’s trademarks, service marks, and/or logos in ConnectU’s Press Materials.
